Bentley Motors is set to make its mark on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach coastline with the construction of its first Bentley-branded residential tower, the Bentley Residences. The luxury tower, in collaboration with architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects and US property developer Dezer Development, will include a unique vehicle lift that allows residents to seamlessly travel from the road up to their homes without exiting their cars. The cylindrical-shaped tower will stand 61 stories high and consist of 216 luxury homes, each offering uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and intracoastal waterways. The design of the building will feature Bentley’s design language, including diamond-shaped glass facade panels and elegant diamond-shaped tiles in the lobby. The tower is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will offer amenities such as private balconies, swimming pools, saunas, and a resident-only restaurant. The interiors will be made from sustainably sourced materials and finishes, reflecting the coastal surroundings. The tower’s design will also incorporate environmentally safe building materials and reduced coastal lighting to protect the habitat of endangered sea turtles. The Bentley Residences sales gallery, featuring a full-size replica residence appointed by Bentley Home, is open for potential buyers to visit.
